Privacy Policy

PT Solusi Properti Bersama (“HuniHub”, “we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains the personal data collected through the HuniHub mobile apps (the resident app and the staff app) and the HuniHub web apps (the admin dashboard and platform), the legal bases for processing, and your rights. Data We Collect

HuniHub resident app

  • Authentication data: name, email address, and phone number via Firebase Authentication.
  • Usage and diagnostics data: in-app interactions and crash reports via Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics.
  • Device permissions: camera (photos of bills), photo library (payment-proof attachments), and device location (only if you grant location access).

HuniHub staff app

  • Authentication data: name, email address, and phone number via Firebase Authentication.
  • Usage and diagnostics data: Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics.
  • Device permissions: camera (photos of supporting documents).

HuniHub web apps

  • Account and contact data: name, email, phone number, and user role in the admin dashboard and platform.
  • Property data: property, unit, resident, and billing information entered by managers or staff.

Payments

Payments are processed by the payment gateway configured by your property manager (currently Netzme or ActionPay). Payment method identifiers are processed by that gateway. HuniHub does not store your card numbers or payment credentials.

Legal Bases for Processing

Under Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (the PDP Law), we process personal data based on:

  • Contract performance: account creation, billing, and core services.
  • Legitimate interest: service security, fraud prevention, and diagnostics.
  • Your consent: device permissions and optional features.

Sharing with Third Parties

  • Firebase (Google LLC): authentication, analytics, and error reporting.
  • Payment gateway providers (Netzme, ActionPay): payment processing.
  • Cloud hosting provider for the apps and data: an Indonesian cloud region.

We never sell your personal data.

Your Rights

Under the PDP Law, you have the right to access and obtain a copy of your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your personal data, withdraw consent, object to certain processing, obtain data portability, and file a complaint. Correction and consent-withdrawal requests are answered within 3×24 hours. Submit requests to info@hunihub.id.

Retention, Deletion, and Security

We keep personal data while your account is active and for 90 days after account closure, unless a longer period is required by law. You can request deletion of your account and personal data by sending a written request to info@hunihub.id; we process and confirm deletion through the same channel. We protect your data with encryption in transit and internal access restrictions.
